Hi, I am a 900 rated young boy from India and I am want to get very serious in chess. I am stuck at 900 and I really want to improve. Are there any tips,  books, courses, or resources which I can use to improve my game? Can anybody please suggest?

You should avoid making blunders too often. The way you get out of 900 is try to have a positive mindset, and aim to beat players higher rated than you are. Just try to play simple chess, and not overcomplicate too much.  The more games you play the more experience you gain, also try to win time pressure situations. This will come only when you play bullet and blitz.

Initially you may lose a lot of games, but over time, you will learn to win games in time pressure situations, learn to win lost positions, and even learn to draw completely lost positions.

I am telling this to you from my personal experience.

Hope it helps.

Play classic time controls and write down 2-3 candidate moves each time before you move a piece.

Analyse your own games and play through well-annotated classics.

Don't bother with books or courses or strategy.

Do nothing but tactics until you can reliably not blunder anything in any game.

I can't say much, since I am 600. However, I played 10-15 games to get the feel of blitz. After that, I jumped from 450 to 600 in a week.
