Improving at chess can be quite challenging, but there are various ways to enhance your skills.

For those looking to improve without coaching, here's some valuable advice:

1. Play Frequently: The more you play, the better you'll become at recognizing patterns and making strategic decisions.
2. Analyze Your Games: Review your past games to identify mistakes and areas where you can improve. This self-analysis is a powerful learning tool.
3. Focus on Tactics: Tactics play a crucial role in chess. Spend time solving tactical puzzles and exercises to sharpen your tactical skills.
4. Learn from Masters: Studying grandmaster games can provide insights into advanced strategies and tactics.

You could try to spend more time analyzing. Twi 10|0 rapids, a puzzle rush and two analysis in an hour only allows superficial analysis.

Once in a while take time to analyse a game deeply.

Without an engine:
- note when you were out of book;
- note the blunders (yours and your opponents);
- note at what move you were not happy with your position anymore and try, still without the engine, to find what moves lead to this position;
- find 1 (to 3) move(s) you think are key in the game. Spend serious time on those moves. Find alternatives for yourself and your opponent and write them down.

Noe switch the engine on and check your notes. We’re they right, wrong, incomplete? Try to understand the engine suggestions only try to remember suggestions you could have seen yourself, your own subjective opinion (it’s useless to dwell on 8 moves deep engine combinations you would never see over the board yourself).

What about openings after some research on my own I get to know that I like aggressive openings I play Vienna gambit as white and has over 57 percent win rate but with black carokann it was just 43 percent I am planning to learn sicilian dragon coz I like aggressive openings

An aggressive defense in the Caro-Kann Defense - the Korchnoi Variation (sometimes also referred to as the Tartakower Variation). The variation begins - 1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.Nc3 (or Nd2) dxe4 4.Nxe4 Nf6 5.Nxf6 exf6...

the Korchnoi/Tartakower is a counter-attacking variation which promotes an aggressive Kingside attack..

I refer you to the following instructive videos on the Korchnoi/Tartkower Variation...

the two best books (IMO) on the Caro-Kann, both of which extensively and instructively treat the Korchnoi/Tartakower Variation are...

"Win With The Caro-Kann" by Sverre Johnsen & T.R.Hansen (where the authors refer to it as the Korchnoi V.) and "Playing The Caro-Kann" by Lars Schandorff (curiously, the author never actually refers to the variation by name). Both books are excellent and provide a complete opening repertoire for Black against 1.e4 in the Caro-Kann.

Don't do puzzle rush. Its encouraging you to move instinctively without thinking it through properly. Do training puzzles instead and take as long as you need to solve them. If you only do one its a better training tool than puzzle rush.

Pay more attention to what your opponent is trying to do and less to what you are up to. At 1100 people will make mistakes if you are solid and careful.
