Improving Your Chess - Resources for Beginners and Beyond.....

Keep going with the puzzles and try for 700, then 800 and 900. I was exactly there 3 years ago and I still remember it is much harder than a lot of people recognize or appreciate. When you don't have the pattern recognition yet everything is 100 times harder.
Once you have built up your pattern recognition, puzzles that took you 10 minutes or more will be seen and solved in just a second or two. You will look back and the difference will seem incredible.
Here's a review of your last game. I feel that the English opening is too complicated for me, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone below 1000. Not that it is bad, it just easier to start with 1.e4 and attack with the white pieces.
Always blunder check before you move.
Whenever you lose a game, stop playing and analyse it first to learn from your mistakes.

Enjoy chess. Don't worry about openings or videos about tricks. Play a lot - preferably longer time controls than 10 0. Think about every move, avoid losing your pieces, try to win the pieces of the other player. Do easy puzzles to learn that.

Do These 3 Things.
1. See The Pieces Movement
For Example.
If u dont see The Pieces Movement Like Here The Knight Captured the Pawn But... The Knight Can Take Back So This is NO#1

NO*2
Checks,Captures,Threats,Hanging Pieces,Pieces Which Are Protecting Others
For Checks....
IF U See these checks U Will gain Material But Also Checks Are Kinda Sometimes a Bit Bad
Try To Not go to Squares that ur opponent can attack that Piece Or Trap Ur Bishop
I started chess a couple of months ago I reached 306 elo before but then I went down pretty fast. I have tried youtube videos on tips and tricks openings like the London and tactics but still I am having a hard time moving forward. I also do puzzles my rating is around 650. I would love to show you some of my games but I do not know how.
