Someone tell me i am not the only person who plays the bots and wins then plays humans and lose?
Just beat a 1300 bot but lose to 600 human.
My range must be huge!
Or... the ratings on the bots are not very accurate...because they are not adjusted to reflect play against members.
I have no idea how accurate the ratings, but one reason I can think of is that you get more time to think as there is no time limit.

I play against bots that are at least double my rating and win at times. They are easier than human players usually, but a 1700 bot beats me every time so far, lol.

Yeah the easier bots are fine. 1600 woop me every time. 1300 not so much.
The bots are kind of rated higher than their play which is why players of the same rating are harder to beat . One more thing is that each bot has its own playing style , if you find the weakness in that style/algorithm you'll be able to defeat it easily , that is probably the reason you beat 1300 bots but get beat by 600 players .

The bots rating are not accurate. It's very hard to program a chess engine to play realistically at a certain level.
after all do you really know any 300s that literally will let your queen take every piece on the bored in like 15 moves?
Yeah i have the exact same thing my Bot ELO is 1k but my human ELO is 300 
This is how bad a ONE THOUSAND ELO BOT IS stockfish estimated a true elo of more like 650........ and even that was generous after letting me force a Knight rook-Queen trade so early in the game

One thing you gotta take notes of is VERY often bots have a very predictable but flawed playing pattern where they eventually
(a) blunder the material
(b) blunder the position OR
(C) THEY BLUNDER THE MATE (some humans do this to i just beat one of them i swear he LET me checkmate him in 19 moves when if he had made the 2nd dumbest moves i couldnt have checkmated until move 30)
and sometimes they play flawlessly but not particularly good bots style is both predictable and unpredictable at the same time
Chess bots, especially at lower difficulty levels, may have certain patterns or weaknesses that you learn to exploit. Humans, on the other hand, can be more unpredictable.
