lol. When i reached almost one step to 1k ratings I always met some strong players play like magnus carlsen in my level... after two ups and downs with 5 games I finally reached 1k. Any tips for me? (I legit struggles at this rating climb)

Congratulations! Maybe I’m not qualified to give advice, I’ve only reached 1000 once and dipped back under right after. But I heard people say that tactics are the main thing up to 1500. Maybe above 1000 start learning openings and study endgames.

Congrats, hitting 1000 took me a long time, now I’m struggling going beyond 1200. When I game review some of my games it says the estimated Elo is around 1600-1900 when I win, around 900-1300 when I lose. What I want to point out is that you are going to face a wide range of opponents, I stood with a tight range of opponents for white. Mostly scotch and ruy Lopez. For black the most difficult to me is the accelerated London, I got a good grasp of Italian as black. The last tip that helped me “level up” was to take a more meticulous approach for blunder check. Before making the move check if your piece could be capture, harass and what weaknesses you are creating. And finish the calculations on your opponent turn not yours.

Congratulations!
As Pionza said, its tactics. Tactics are what separates 1000s to say, 1300s. To develop them, play longer time controls like 15/10 or 30 minutes. You need the time to think about the position, to absorb the position. A single game where you are deeply engaged with will help you develop your tactics more than a bunch of quicker games.

Of course, you must review your games. You need to learn from your mistakes. You need to remember what your thought process was as you were making those mistakes, and understand the reason why it turned out to be a mistake.

In summary; play less games but invest more time in each game both during the game and during the review.
Oh do puzzles as well. 5 mins a day is enough. Don't just try to find the best move, you must understand the point of the puzzle. is it a critical pin? Discovery? fork?

Congratulations my friend! I don't believe I will ever reach a 1000 rating in live chess but it gladdens my heart when others are able to do it. Continued good luck and best wishes!

Congrats! I forget who said it, but when you get into 4 digits, you are getting out of blunderville and into playing real chess.
