I Made a Gambit Unknowingly. How Should I Have Handled It?

I miserably lost in this game. I don't know how everything went wrong during the game but my opponent kept on advancing and seized the opportunity on every blunder that I have committed.

I don't how I got it on the Android app but it says I made an Urusov Gambit. In this case, I would like to solicit your opinion on how should I have handled the game.

If it's not too much to ask, I hope you can do a PGN file so I can play and analyze it anytime of the day. I would like to load it and play with the Android app and explore some possibilities with that opening.

I believed that on move 9 :wn c3 it was a better option, is my opinion

Yes, it is better than losing a Rook. The Android app reports that there are only two mistakes but I think there are more.

On move 12, I think it would have been better if I took the Bishop instead of the Knight.
