Don't memorize things. If something requires effort to memorize it is useless, maybe worse than useless. These aren't grandmaster opening theory duels here.

I usually see the not playing speed chess as condescending and useless to people who are only interested in being competent at speed chess, but looking at your history you are playing bullet and 3/0 games and yes, don't do that. Try playing 10/0 for a while and do more puzzles. Anything faster than that is more twitch gaming then chess until you have a far better grasp of what is going on.

Even then, to get good at speed chess you have to be able to make good moves to begin with. That often requires playing slower chess first, to give yourself time to think over new positions, and get patterns and ideas down. Then when you see them in speed chess your natural reaction will be to make those good moves. A lot of things you have to do slowly first so you can do them quickly later.

The reason the advice to avoid speed chess is so often given is that the pace of speed chess is just too quick for the player to realize what they are doing. They often make moves that if they bothered to look for even a couple seconds they could see are absurd. But they don't look at it for those few seconds because the speed chess has them too rushed to do so.

Its true, this is where "intuition" comes,  up to me intuition is the result of your speed thinking without been conscious of that, high speed chess require that, you move like by intuition, but behind that, your brain bring all your experience in high speed..to learn, to give this talent to your brain, you need to slow down and give your brain to learn...one time somebody said, "you want to go fast...go slow...", hope helps this different perspective.

If you want to improve without memorising anything, watch instructional videos from Gothamchess and Agadmator. It's better to learn from watching and having each move explainedd than to mindlessly memorise all the theory as a beginner. But who am I to say? I'm a beginner too

You should think and play. Don't try speed chess yet because you only have a bit of time to think.
