Is it normal to lose 200 elo in a matter of days?

It is not normal to play 200 games in a matter of days.
The only way to do that would be to play bullet or really fast blitz and those are too fast for beginners...
So play less and study more.
Other than that, fluctuations in rating and playing strength are normal. Usually rating doesn't drop that fast because playing 200 games in a matter of days is pretty rare and is not to be recommended.

It's ok, the part "queen after e4" is basically called "wayward queen attack" super easy to punish it, i had a game with 99.8 accuracy against the wayward queen attack.

As has been said, 200 games in two days is insane. It's easy to get burnt out and mentally fried that way.

Yes, it is possible to lose 200 ELO in a matter of days. However, the only way to do this without cheating or purposely dropping your ELO with tactics (fools mate, constant resignation, etc.) is to be too overconfident of yourself and choose "Intermediate" or "Advanced" when chess.com asks for your skill level upon joining, despite you being a begininer player.
Here are the steps:
0. You must be a beginner player. (By beginner, I mean that your real ELO is between 0 and 500.)
1. Even though you are a beginner player, you have to choose either "Intermediate" or "Advanced" (which will start you off at 800 and 1200 ELO, respectively.)
2. Play several games until your ELO reaches your true ELO. By then, it will have dropped at least 300 ELO points.

I don't think that this is necessarily helpful advice given OP's unusual situation. It sounds like OP has made progress but is probably under the effects of an unhealthy playing habit (playing a TON of games all at once). In addition to being burnt out, it is easy to be frustrated under those circumstances and play worse.
While from what I know, having a coach can be helpful, there is plenty one can do WITHOUT buying courses or having a coach. There are plenty of free resources on websites and youtube, for instance.

It's normal,I have lost 350 pts in a single weekend playing blitz. The two thoughts I have is :1) identify what kind of errors you are making, and ditch all study not related to that area, while cutting back on playing, or 2) stop playing for a week or so, take a break and then come back and resume practice/play.

Haha sounds good. Fwiw though I have also gotten bad runs due to whatever silly reason like exhaustion/stress and "what kinds of errors you are making" would just be.....general lack of board vision? Not seeing tactics and such? Less of a skill issue in those cases and so I don't do special study in those cases, just wait a bit and then regain all the points later (how I got 10- and 12- game winstreaks in blitz).
I'm not saying that is OP's situation necessarily (haven't looked at the games) but just wanted to point out not all performance dips are due to skill problems.

he lost 200 ELO
By the way, I am currently studying a book called ”Shakki-Matti” by Mika Karttunen.
It is a book written in Finnish that covers pretty much all the basics of chess, explains tactics and also has annotated master games in it. Unlike many chess books, there is a lot of written explanations instead of just moves being listed, which is nice.
I recommend getting that book. You can get it at Akateeminen Kirjakauppa bookstore or probably at the library, but I recommend buying in this case because studying a chess book takes time and books need to be returned to the library eventually.
Studying that book should improve your chess more than 200 games in a couple days. And your rating will not drop while studying .
I got up to 950. The games felt super easy! I’d win about 75% of games. Since then I’ve played maybe 200 games and won about 5-10% Seriously. The only time I win is when my opponent makes a serious blunder and even then I still most likely lose. What’s happening? I’m following the same practices that got me to a 1000. To note a few, no gambits, rooks behind pass pawns, beginners tactics, protect the king, count your trades. Idk what’s happening. My post game play shows maybe 1-2 blunders and I get brilliant moves every ten or so games.
I’m back down to the level where people always open with their Queen after e4 and still lose lol.
