I haven't looked at all of them, but the few I have looked at are very good. Great place for a new player to start.
They are a good place to work on basic skills every player needs to know. Pins, skewers, double attacks, discovered attacks/checks, etc. plus there is lots of info on certain openings or checkmate patterns. Be sure to go back and redo them after a while so you always stay fresh
