Looking for people to play with

I'm a beginner in chess. I'm looking for for friends to play chess with everyday. I'm still making a lot of blunders in my games. Therefore, I hope I can improve by playing more games. Is anyone interested ?

Everyone makes blunders. The fact that you recognize them means that you have already achieved a certain level of understanding.

If you just play random people, and make more blunders than they do, your rating will drop and you will soon be matched with people who make as many blunders as you do.

The point of ratings is to find good matches. You only played 2 games. I would guess that another half a dozen games will get you  close to the right place.

Hi,I am happy to help..I am 1800 chess player and I am have this question everytime I play with lower rated players.let me tell you ,I stream chess for 1200-1800 rated players where I highlight opening mistakes ,middle game strategy and mindset of other player and solve tactics live with viewers to solve.I also play games with viewers who wants to taste what 1800 rating looks like where as other high rated don't prefer to play or you ll not be eligible to send them challenge. To whoever it may concern,

I have not posted on this forum for a long time. I left because I was genuinely trying to learn basic chess strategy, and a lot of other things to try and get better at the game. In the end, I felt that everybody was cyber bullying me, ridiculing me, only pointing out big mistakes, and not giving constructive criticism. This is why I have not posted here in a long time. I was hurt.

I have not given up on playing chess, I just stopped coming here because I felt like I was being cyber bullied.

If the conditions of this forum have changed, and there are not many cyber bullies, I will come back. However, I don’t know if that’s the case. Until I know for sure that is the case, I’m not coming back.

Feel free to post here, but there’s no guarantee I will reply.
