Yes it is. Sometimes he move the king, sometimes the knight,… nothing hapening and he refuse remise.

You must be patient and not get frustrated or careless. The worst thing will be if you play on for another 40 moves and then make a mistake and lose.
I am in a game with somebody. Our game is completely stuck. Last 20 moves we just play around with our king. I offered him Allready 4 times remise but he refused. How long can this keep going? Is there a max amount of moves to end this?
