As usual I blunder my way through a game. Thought Was doing great in the end but i missed. It was so scary a fellow noob like me resigned happy.png  After a quick analasys as i always do after a game it seemed like we both missed it rofl. Shocked to see he was 11points ahead. Moral of the story Never give up I guess you might actually be winning https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/live/52106366781?tab=analysis

For some players, their established reputation is sufficient to give their opponents a good scare! I mean, for example if Carlsen blunders against you, you might sometimes think "uh oh, he has a tactic coming" even when he actually blunders with no compensation.

I would probably think "Oh a free piece!"

Wait, he's carlsen. Hmm...

Since he's so strong, it's unlikely he will lose a piece in anyhting but a complicated position, too.

@eric022 Haha well the thats the tricky part about playing at my level. its 50/50 wether its a trick or a blunder happy.png

@bizmark Even if carlson would ever blunder, and you'd blindfold him after that blunder hed still mate me in the next 10 moves
