not making progress

Hey y'all
Greetings from the Netherlands.
I learned to play chess at the age of 12. I've played competion for about 4 years on the club and was also in a youth team. Earned three cups and some medailles. Then I didn't play until I was 26, I am 27 now.
I'm stuck around ratings of 1050. puzzles 1600. I remember playing and winning against higher ranks in my youth. defeated my top class boyfriend of then and other strong players on my club l a few times, so I wonder what happened and why I am not making progress anymore... Instead I lost like 75% of my knowledge it seems..
