I think you need to play more games, this is because someone can start on 2000 trophies, lose one game and then goes inactive on 1800. To avoid inflation basically

For people used to over the board ratings the percentiles might be a bit surprising. My US Chess rating is higher than my (current) blitz (98.7%), daily (99.6%) or daily 960 (99%) but my US Chess percentile is only 91.5% (calculated only among active players).
That is after having to work my way up after mis-guessing the meanings of the descriptions when signing up and thus starting at 1200.
Does anyone know why?
