I started playing chess about two weeks ago. I feel like I’m pretty tactical, I’ve been blundering less, and I have my share of wins. I can’t get past 200. Please give me any advice on how I can improve my game.

sorry but you're not tactical. you need to stop dropping pieces

why

2 .. e5?

6 .. Ke7? instead of c6

7 .. b6?? instead of Nc6

9 .. Nh5??

11. .. Ke8??? instead of Nxc6

almost every move

I think you should spend more time. I personally play 30 min, because I'm not really familiar with the entire scope of the game yet, even though I'm higher than you. I think you are not looking at all the pieces. For the recent game against shaki96, I can see you and the opponent even attack pieces and then you or them don't defend and next turn they don't even take it for free. There was one where the queen checked you and you move your king immediately, when you can block with the knight, so that you can castle later. You are just not looking at all the pieces, either play longer games and spend time looking, or study the game after and look at what the engine says you can do.
Like everything else, no one can really help if you don't do the work. It looks like you do not even analyze the game after. Either click 'game analysis' instead of game review if it's a free account, or click the plus sign 'new analysis' and paste the pgn for access to the stronger engine.
