Question about puzzles

If you do the rated puzzles then it picks puzzles based on the puzzle rating in your stats. Typically +/- 200ish so it will throw in easier and harder ones. Your puzzle rating goes up and down as you get them right or wrong.
I started playing the puzzles this week, after being away from chess for a while (it says there are 150,000 of them). I just messed up five in a row, lol.
I was wondering: Does this site pick puzzles at random for me to complete? Or do they go from easy to progressively more difficult puzzles?
