Self Analysis

In the post game analysis phase, would someone please explain how the Self Analysis function (box) works and what the "depth = 15" means?  Thanks..

When you toggle "Self Analysis", you begin analyzing the position using your device (as opposed to using the Chess.com server).   Depth refers to how far the engine is seeing the position in terms of half-moves.

Chess.com got better! This is so good for free members! I left chess.com because it didnt have free analysis and only was using server analysis. but after this browser analysis(cpu) this is much better for everyone to be able analyzing their game. but does it use stockfish 10 for self analysis or higher stockfish?
