im literally 100 elo rn because anyone I go against feels like I'm not even close to their skill levels, I should really be in 50
Stuck at 400 ELO and I've been playing for a year.

Like someone mentioned, your queen should be about the LAST pie e you bring out. Bringing her out early puts a target on her back and invites opponents to chase, even trap her. She's the most powerful piece and should be PROTECTED. I hate 3.Nc3 Nxd5 4.Nxd5 Qxd5 in the scandinavian precisely for that reason.
It's an amateur instinct to bring her out asap. She's MUCH BETTER at doing cleanup AFTER action where she can fork and xray etc. with less pieces to threaten her. If you bring her out, you either better have backup already in place to coordinate with or a CLEAR target of opportunity.
That's why the general rule of thumb is knights before bishops . Then, you can punish other 400s by getting a lead in development chasing her. Other 400s aren't any better than you. If they were, you'd be a 300. Every player has a different skillset. Some might have better positional judgement while others are better at tactics. That's what makes chess so complicated.
Try analyzing your games to learn from your mistakes and do a few tactics puzzles every day as a warmup before you play. That will help you learn how to attack better as well as defend better when you see tactics coming.
EVERY chess rule like "capture towards the center" has exceptions too. You have to play every move according to what's on the board NOW.
Progress takes time. Unless you have a photographic memory, or are switching from an opening like the sicilian to something better suited to you like the always annoying to most 1.e4 players french, you're not going to jump 100 points overnight.
I agree with whoever suggested sicilian isn't the best opening for a 400. It's a challenge for grandmasters and might just be the 2nd most complicated line after kings Indian. Trying to play openings that are over your head, like ANYTHING positional based is for me, will hold your progress back until you start mastering the fundamentals like tactics. A lot of GMs recommend open games for beginners to build their tactical understanding. 1.e4 e5, and maybe the petroff or 1...e6, the French, or maybe even 1...e6, the carokann might help you improve faster.
I can't stand the french, but don't fear the sicilian at all myself

How is this possible? i started playing in july and I'm 1.4k now, I'm not even trying to show off or something because my rating is low and isn't something to show off or to be proud of, I'm literally bad, I just can't understand how can someone be stuck at 400, you must be doing something really crazy, playing too hard or too agressive openings, I don't know...

I support the view that Sicilian is bit more advanced for this level. Principle chess will take you places. Ensure that you play principle then variation you will learn at the later stage

I’ve gone through by just constantly playing I don’t play a lot as much anymore but on my old account I went as low as 200 then I slowly climbed up to 1110 then I got a new account where I became 1300 then to 1250 so far.so I’d recommend just constantly playing,Watching chess on YouTube , and doing puzzle i recommend doing puzzles on lichess tho

I think you should start learning the basics of chess and start playing puzzles, learn an easy beginner opening while you're at it

I can only say that I had same problemes-then I just played (without analysis) on a different App for one year and started again on chess.com. It turned out to be better, but still there are strange games...: e.g. I play against somebody 1090, I play with 1120 and in the end he wins with a 1600 Elo estimation. How can that be? Sure there are good and bad days...
cool!
