Books help and certain chess apps have courses where you can be taught. ( I don't think I'm allowed to advertise another chess app here.)
Which books? Preferably books for free.
Lichess.com is useful, for puzzles I'm rated ~1700 there

Chess.com has thousands of chess tutorial videos though... focus on 6he ones that help you develop your game at your level.

I'm almost at 1000 elo (~980 elo) and will probably reach that milestone very soon. Although it is a crappy elo (missing easy tactics, blunders, mate in few moves sometimes, a couple stalemates because of blunders), at least it's an accomplishment I woulld've achieved in less than six months. While the progress hasn't been fast, it's still steady
My next target is 1500 elo in rapid. It's a good target because that's when you start being OK at chess (although you miss a lot of things, you start to somewhat know what you're doing). Any tips for this? I'm still relatively bad in the middle game, though, and you could look at my profile to sense my weaknesses and strengths as a chess player.
How long could it take if I practice daily for 30 minutes to an hour or so? My elo has gone up by 92 elo this week, is that fast progress? For comparison, didn't practice too consistently, just some more games on a day and slowed down.
It took me a couple of months/50 games to go from 1400 to 1600 by revisiting basic tactics training and blunder checks.
Prioritize on mastering the basics tactics. Don’t waste your time with videos, YT, Twitch , chessable and other click bait nonsense.
I can teach you EXACTLY how to think during the game (opening, middlegame and endgame). Your chess understanding will never be the same and you will improve a lot. I charge $10/h, but if you can’t afford too many lessons, don’t worry. I can teach you a lot in an hour. Here to help if you are interested.

Absolutely, if it works for you. My blog articles mostly feature what I consider to be some of the better, more instructive resources available on the web on their respective topics. Along with some book recommendations.
