Tournaments for beginners

Just lost again in tournament play. I’m a beginner now 0-3 in tournament play. Where do I go from here? Should I stop tournament play and join a chess academy? Should I just train and study on chess.com? Or should I just quit?

Try to analyse your losses, where did you go wrong?
And then just play, analyse and have fun. Then you will improve.
