trying to learn from computer analysis after game

so I've been improving my tactics and strategy the last few weeks and slowly getting better. after certain games I try and do a computer Analysis so i can see how i could have played better, but it moves through the game so fast and I don't understand all the letters. i know how the grid is labelled as far as which square is where, but beyond that I can't make out what the computer is trying to tell me. any tips on how I can learn the language or slow the computer Analysis down would be appreciated.
