Unable to play 1 day matches

I started 1 day matches and lost the first couple. My rating is less than 200. When I go to play a match it says “rating range must include your own rating” but I have no option to alter the rating range? Thanks

Hi!

I don't know if I understand. Try:

In the Homepage, click "new game" and go in "custom game" and setting the rating range manually. Try to set 25 - 25.
