forcing a trade through a pin, but the computer plays king h2 which is outrageous. I know that stockfish acts weird when the game is almost over but this seems very weird.

It probably means it is time to clear your cache and cookies and reboot your device.
If you open the above in a new tab, you can see that the computer lists Rd1 as its 5th choice in the above position. And it doesn't want to trade rooks, it wants to move the rook to e1 because that is the key to much faster mates.
It's not a bad move, per se, but it is less accurate than other moves.
/ As for why white wouldn't take back with the queen after 27 Rd1 Rxd1, I found the same error when I ran the analysis. And even after I rebooted. I reported it to the developers using a bug report.
