What's the difference between "rapid" and just regular games?

I understand bullet and blitz and those kind of super fast games, but what does the time control have to be before it stops being "rapid"?

On chess.com, “rapid” are all longer live formats short of daily games, which start with a 1 day per move timer.

FIDE defines “rapid” as anything over ten but less than 60 minutes per player per game. “Classical” is 60 minutes and up (but chess.com lumps “classical” live games in with rapid and includes 10 minute games in the rapid category.)

Thanks. I'm playing 30 min rapid but I was curious to see what my rating would be in other than rapid.
