Bishops, they become strong just when the game makes both sides feel weak.

For those who don't know: Bishops are stronger the less pawns that remain on the board.

Bishops are extremely underrated pieces and in my eyes are not equal to knights unless it's an earlygame, aggressive stomp and both sides need to hold onto their knights.

What I also like about bishops is that if you believe the game won't go on too long, you can force trades with them. Bishops are very useful at simplifying the game if it enters a phase where you feel you'd benefit from forcing trades. This can also be said for knights and pawns but I would say that only bishops can efficiently force trades when simplification actually matters.

I also enjoy playing against skilled bishop users, they tend to be very interesting players.

The knight. I've had more success causing trouble with the knights over bishops.
