I wonder what game tactics to learn when you start (Scottish, Scandinavian, Caro Kann ...)

Stuff you named arent tactics, those are names for openings. Which makes me wonder are you asking for tactics or openings? I will give my answer on both. You should learn basic tactics first, and as you improve you can easily upgrade your knowledge by learning advanced ones. Tactics you will benefit from the most at your level are forks, pins, skewers and discovered checks. (If I forgot something, feel free to fill the list). You shouldnt be worrying about your openings at the beginning. If you learn opening principles such as control the center (e4, e5, d4 and d5 squares), develop your pieces, castle as quickly as possible, knights go before bishops, dont move the same piece twice, etc you will see better improvements than learning some opening. As you get better you will learn when to ignore some rules, when to break them and eventually how to play different openings. Right now you could easily get confused or forget your move if you memorize meaningles stuff to you. Once you learn the ideas behind certain openings you will use it properly. If you have any questions you can send me private message and I will try to explain this better. In my opinion as long as you dont hang free pieces, and take every free piece given to you, you shouldnt have problems climbing up to a certain elo. I hope my reply was helpful. Have a nice day ! :)

Perfect! I just wanted to add the "remove the defender" tactic as I think it's one that beginners can benefit a lot and often goes unnoticed
