Maybe, you’re nervous. I played pretty okay when there’s no time control but with the clock, I can’t think properly and play like a monkey. I recently missed mate in 4 and almost lost the game. You might be similar.
Why am I stuck at 500 ELO?

I feel that could be the problem, as I hang my pieces without thinking. Time overall affects my thinking, like in a Rapid 30 or 15 m game the amount of time I have affects my thinking time. If I had 5 minutes, I would swing from the trees, pieces in hand, the banana(queen) hanging from my fingers. And if I had 60 m I would have found a new banana(pawn promotion) I even blunder like this It's like this even at the start:
But, thanks for the advice, I'll try it. I may see to other advice from gorilla chess brains like you

know the basics; like don't hang pieces, look for forks and the "Checks, Captures, Attacks" mindset.
And what happened to all that in this game?
You had almost all 10 minutes on the clock, your queen is attacked, and you played a random move in 1 second(!) to leave the queen hanging.

You just need to get better at chess. However, you are unlikely to get better at chess by playing exclusively speed chess. You would increase your chances of getting better at chess if you were to....
Play Longer Time Controls...
For many at the beginner-novice level, speed chess tends to be primarily an exercise in moving pieces around faster than your opponent while avoiding checkmate, in hopes that his/her clock runs out sooner than yours. And/or hoping to notice and exploit your opponent’s blunders while hoping they don't notice yours. The reason for this is that in speed chess there is little time to think about what you should be doing.
It makes sense that taking more time to think about what you should be doing would promote improvement in your chess skills and results. An effective way to improve your chess is therefore to play mostly longer time controls, including "daily" chess, so you have time to think about what you should be doing.
This is not to suggest that you should necessarily play exclusively slow or daily time controls, but they should be a significant percentage of your games, at least as much, if not more so than speed games which, while they may be fun, do almost nothing to promote an understanding of how to play the game well.

one thing I see people do is giving up hope when their plan doesn't work. You need to learn to just make up a new one quickly to not waste time if in a blitz or bullet match.

have other plans ready for if someone blocks your planned way to quickly get the win before your opponent has time to think about what to do next.

You should learn most important principles of a chess game. That will give you a solid understanding of a chess game and you will know what to do in every position. Then, you should optimize your calculation so you don't miss tactics in your games. I can help you with all of this. Message me if you are interested.
I’m not good either. I look at some of your games and it seems your plan is mostly trying to scholar’s mate your opponent and if that doesn’t work you don’t know what to do. That could be why some of your games last 50-70 moves, which is pretty insane. I would resign even if I’m winning if I have to play that long.

I have been playing Rapid and Blitz, know many openings and know the basics; but HALF the time I hang my pieces, look for forks and the "Checks, Captures, Attacks" mindset. 500 elos are way better than they should be. I don't know why but it seems I lose most of my games and yet, stuck in 500 rating points. I need help, I've watched too many YTs on how to improve and none of them work for me.
I don't know, same thing happened to me for the last 2 months or so when I was at 230-250 elo for so long, I was actually at that point for 5 months or so last school year but I gave up and took a long break and have just gotten back into chess, but at this time I was from 350-390 elo. But suddenly I got lucky and got like a 6 streak of people who were far worse than me, boosting my elo up by around 30 or 40 or so, And then I got past 300 elo for the first time ever, and this was 2 days ago, now I'm at 350? I don't know what happened really, I guess I just got really lucky. I guess the 500 elo range is similar to what happened to me, I think that a bunch of really good players got stuck at 200-300 and werent getting any progress because of all the new chess players, and the few that did get past 300 were far better than everyone else, but everyone was kind of stuck in the 200-300 range. Same thing might be happening to you, idk how to help you man.
Cause a lot of john doe's just play a couple bad rounds, or try stuff and more stuff. Or sometimes instant have a very bright light shining in their head just before they lose. When their Elo drops to much they get serious.

3 Years of playing Chess and OP never reached 1500. It is a tragedy and I know he could have done it with proper instruction.
