It happens. Dont worry. You may now be slightly over rated and benefit from playing tougher opponents. For whatever reason some players decide not to complete their games or just forget.
Win by abandonment? What's going on???

I just started playing chess after THE MOVIE. So far, in 44 games, I have "won" 6 or 7 by abandonment. In most of the abandoned games, I had a very slight edge on my opponents. But not enough that my opponents would have or should have resigned.
My rating is at least 100 points overstated and I have a won-loss record I don't deserve.
What's going on? Should I care?
