I had a streak of a few losses due to m own blunders. So I decided to re-group by playing a bot. My goal was not to win, but just to take my time and get through a game without a blunder. It worked. I beat two bots, then went back to playing real people. I still blunder, but I think less so.
Then try some of the lessons. If you think you aren't good enough try to get better and remember, some people might want to actually help you.
