A chess term used derogatively

The diagram shows a very commonly used mating pattern in Chinese chess, called Cannon behind the Horse. In this mate, the Horse serves as the mount for the Cannon while the Horse itself deprives the General of his only escape routes ( circled ). In everyday life, saying that somebody is being Cannon behind the Horse means that he is being smart after the fact.

On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the worst most appalling name you could call someone, something that might even bring trouble, what would you rate this?

Is is worse to call someone "Cannon behind the horse" than calling them a troll?

Yes. I think it was "invented" by someone who didn't understand chess.
