Chess-Themed Bar Ideas

My partner and I both work in hospitality and would like to open our own chess-themed bar one day. Would anyone care to share what they would like to see in such a bar? We have some ideas already:

- 5 cocktails named after the major pieces, each with a different base:

King - Whisky
Queen - Tequila
Rook - Rum
Bishop - Vodka
Knight - Gin

We would also have a 6th cocktail called Checkmate which would basically be like a Long Island iced tea.

- a chess board printed onto each table and you can rent a set of pieces from the bar

- king’s crown as a symbol for gents’ toilets, queen’s crown as a symbol for ladies’ toilets

Does anyone have any ideas to throw in? We have the experience and the ability to make this happen so I’d love to have your input!

The food is named after tactics.

What would the bar be called?
