I never had any trouble with that, it just fell in its place, I would say it has to do with pace of the game.

I. Tired of chess

L - In a losing position and wants to hold off losing the game for as long as possible.

I am playing in a "Very Fast" tournament. All games were completed in 4 weeks, except for the games played with the tournament "host," who has been on vacation almost since the tournament began 2 months ago. He gives no explanation for his delay after inviting us for very past play. He has completed no games. I would suggest an "R" designation for "Rude."

1pawndown - similar thing happening to me: 5 of us in a 1-round tournament (OK, it's 3 days p/move). A month later, all games finished except those involving TD, who has 4 stalled and 4 yet to begin. To be fair, he did play his first few moves reaonably quickly. To be unfair, I've been waiting a week for him to make a simple recapture, and he is moving in other games.
