Hidden Kings Chess Puzzle

Hey all,

Here's a puzzle that I made up. In the position below, which could occur in an actual game, there have been no promotions and one side has checkmated the other. The two kings are hidden from view. The question is: Who won?

Where are the hidden kings? This was a difficult puzzle to create, and I'd appreciate any feedback or pointers about possible mistakes. Kudos to the one who finds a solution...

It hurts my head thinking about it.

Here's my own solution: Black won. White king is on a6, Black king on a8. Any others that I'm missing?

Oh, and by the way:

Yeah, true. It's not checkmate. Didn't see that-I think in the original puzzle (I made this a few years ago, and I wrote it from memory) I had a pawn on b3 that would block the bishop. Very interesting game with that neat mate on e7- the idea, of course, was that the king would be checked twice on that square and so it would be an 'impossible checkmate'. Nicely done. How about this slightly improved version, though:

^ That version is much closer to sound, but not quite there yet:

Got me again, Cobra. Missed that mate.

By the way, how'd you come up with those games? Are you using some kind of engine?
