From one of my online games: (still ongoing don't comment on it)

I had the following thought-process:

"hmmz after 1.Nxf6+ Qxf6 the move 2.axb3 is good and gives me some play on the Queenside....

Yes definitely 1.Nxf6+ Qxf6 2.axb3 is the best option here!"

Then I went on and played 1.axb3? instantly

Just wanted to share my stupidity so you all can feel a lot smarter now. :)

I don't see a big difference in the game. Nxf6+ one move earlier doesn't prevent the move your opponent played, a5.

A couple of hours ago, I rolled a "cigarette" and then, while looking for a lighter, I lost the "cigarette". Then, while looking for the "cigarette", I knocked my drink over. Then, while cleaning up the spill, I stubbed my toe. Then, while cussing and throwing things around, I hit my friend's drink. It spilled on my lighter and "cigarette". True story of stupidity
