Has anybody mentioned "Chessnuts Roasting on an Open Fire?" ("The Christmas Song")

The group "King Bishop and the Squares" put out a CD of songs about chess.  Yes, the lyrics are specifically about chess, and quite clever and funny.  The music is decent too, competently performed in a variety of styles (rock, blues, country, etc).  If you're curious, you can buy the CD or download individual songs at amazon:

Not sure if this song counts but I always thought "Fortune Faded" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers was about chess.

I can't be sure.  We are limited on chess related songs, I'm guessing.

There was a Chess Records company which worked with a lot of big names.  Little offtopic I know.  I do remember a hip hop number something about "Back once again for the rebel grandmaster, d4 gambit...something"
