But if ...Rxe3, then what will be white's move?

Nice moves for White. A cruel but needlessly risky chess player could Bc5 and then use Rook to corner and eliminate black Rook, then slowly destroy the pawns, promote and entangle in a mating net.
It's stupid, but incredibly fun as you watch him squirm.
But if 2....Rxe3? It is black's move right?
Rxe3 is not possible because black's king is in check.
