30 seconds bullet

I have played 111,777 bullet games on chess.com, only analysing about 10 of them. I started five years ago at about 1,000 rating (think it might have been easier then). Nearly all the games were 30 second games. My idea was to get better with enhanced intuition, building sound but disruptive openings and anticipating better. My reflexes are probably better than the average 56 year-old, and I've just achieved 1,400 rating for the first time in 4 years so thought I'd celebrate with a post.

Question for you - I now want a new strategy to improve my bullet play. Analyse games? Learn good disruptive techniques? Using educational tools provided by chess.com? Play 5, 10, 30+ minutes? Work out the fastest settings? (don't even know if I have them).

Thanks in anticipation of any suggestions!
