Robert James “Bobby” Fischer was born on 1943; he was a record-setting chess player who became the youngest U.S. Chess Champion and the first American-born player to win the World Chess Championship. He held the Title for only 3 years (from September 1, 1972 to April 3, 1975), but even today he is considered one of the best chess players.
He started playing chess at the age of 6 and he became the youngest Grandmaster in the world when he was 15. He is a hero who managed to beat almost all Russian chess grandmasters. He revealed his great talent to the world when he won a stunning game which later on named as “The Game of the Century“!
