Analyzing a game and the engine tells me something thats wrong?

Ah good call, thank you. I guess it's time I got used to board notation.
I was analyzing a game between Anna Cramling's mom and Levi and this happened. I didn't go through each step in the game, I did a "Set Up Position" and put the pieces on the board. Did I do something wrong?
