my efforts using the chess wizard thingy here on chess.com have always been met with difficulty. It often takes me longer than 1/2 hour to finish analysis to a blog post, and then I time out.
Therefore, I recommend this online pgn editor: http://www.caissa.com/chess-tools/pgn-editor.php. You can stick in a pgn, edit, add variations, comment, and then stick the pgn into the chess wizard thingy.
