Bug Report - Your Game Review could not load due to an error on our end

I'm seeing the same error with my last few Daily 960 games. Earlier Daily 960 games are showing their analysis just fine, so it's not particular to the format (but this is not against the computer, as in chess41's case). Will comment on here again if the issue resolves itself in the next day or two - though it's not the first time I've seen this.
As an aside, the accuracy figures are listed in my games list after the analysis has run, so that much at least is working. I just can't play through the analysis to easily assess the game move-by-move, etc.

I see that once in a while, but never consistently.
Good to know. Were you able to run the analysis on those games successfully at a later time/date, as far as you recall?

No, in a couple of cases I came back to the game a day or so later, and got the same error.
Now, from my main Archive Screen, I could see a percentage rating for the game, at least. Just none of the move by move analysis. Although a couple of times the number was crazy (it said I got 2.9% on a game I lost, which was probably really somewhere in the 60's.
That's really helpful, thank you. Like you, I could see the percentage ratings for the games, despite not being able to use the move-by-move analysis.
However, your saying that you remained unable to analyse the games at a later date, coupled with the fact that some - but not all - of my 960 Daily games were affected, led me to think that there could be something particular to the affected games only ... and I think I've found something.
I tried copying the PGNs of both a 'working' and a 'faulty' game into the LEARN > ANALYSIS section of the website, to see if I could run an analysis independently of the one that had been saved in my game history. Interestingly, the 'working' game analysed just fine - but the 'faulty' game did not. So this is a completely separate analysis, but the same game kicks up the error.
The only data that I didn't understand from the PGN was towards the end of the FEN line. The 'working' game looked like this:
- [FEN "qrbkrnnb/pppppppp/8/8/8/8/PPPPPPPP/QRBKRNNB w EBeb - 0 1"]
(note the 'EBeb' - whatever that means)
... and the 'faulty' game looked like this:
- [FEN "bqrnkbrn/pppppppp/8/8/8/8/PPPPPPPP/BQRNKBRN w GCgc - 0 1"]
The 'working' game was also won by resignation, while the faulty game was won on time. No idea if that's relevant.
I then, basically, pasted in the faulty PGN and replaced the 'GCgc' text with 'EBeb' - and then the analysis worked. So if you still have any earlier games you want to analyse, this might work for you, too.
EDIT: Quick follow-up. Just tried the solution above with a different game, and it didn't work. I also now know that the 'EBeb'/'GCgc' text refers to castling rights, where in 960 the each letter corresponds to the position of the rooks. Maybe my switching the notation in the game that worked only tolerated it because no castling occurred in that game.
I remain a bit baffled.
I've sent a bug report to chess.com. I'll post back here with any insight I get from them.

I got this too twice today with GothamChess vs Emet_Selch1990 game loaded from Archive.
Chess > Learn > Analysis > Load from Archive GothamChess Emet_Selch1990 > Game Review
