My thoughts is: I'll use a computer to analyze most of my games.

I just wonder what everyone else does because I mainly use a computer but I don't want to lose anything by not using the board all the time.
Ideally, you'd use a board 100% of the time, simply because there's no temptation to 'cheat' by looking at the analysis, and you also have to take more time to move.
Realistically, it comes down to what is pragmatic - some games absolutely beg for analysis after the fact, while others not so much, so it all comes down to finding that happy compromise that gives you the most efficient study.
What is the way that you analyze your games? Do you break out the board and use pen and notebook? Do you use the computer (like a pgn that you can take notes while you move the pieces) or both? Do you lose anything from not breaking out a chessboard every time? I feel it's more efficient to just use the computer to take notes and analyze at the same time. I'll break out the board for going over old GM games or one of my games say every ten. What's is everyone's thoughts?
