I was playing a really nice game and got disconnected and was wondering if that rook move gave me the advantage? The Rook move is on move 22 I believe.

i don't think so, your passers are too far apart.  but i'm no expert.

Yes I think so, my impression is that black should have castled king-side, and prepared c5. White was some ways ahead in pawn-storm.
