Dig out the win

OK chessnuts, here is a position where I was black. The game was drawn by agreement, but what I want to know is, was there a forced win here, Black being a pawn up? Lets see what you've got people...

Sorry, should say 'Black to move'.

Tenna

Looks like a dead draw to me. All white has to do is keep his rook on b1/b2, and his king on g2/h2 and all his pawns are protected. The black king can't do anything as it's completely blockaded by the pawns.

Nytik

As Tenna says, it's a draw. Black's king has no way to progress. His rook can't do any damage on it's own. I think if those pawns weren't doubled, one of them on the a-file, it might still be a draw if your opponent knows his rook endgames.

ErrantDeeds

I'm glad you both said that. There's something galling about offering a draw when you are material up, even if it's just a single pawn. Still, better than a loss.

Kupov

Draw because those pawns are doubled and can't move.

EnoneBlue

The black king can never go past the 5th rank so he can't make any captures. The rook can't do anything alone
