Does "Game Rating" Mean What I Think It Means?

After I finish a game and then review it, does ^ this Game Rating of 1300 mean that my gameplay for that game was equivalent to a 1,300 Elo? Or does it mean something else?

Yes that’s correct. But I don’t know how accurate it is. Apparently this game I played (https://www.chess.com/game/live/132000685157?move=0) had a 2000 rating, and I highly doubt that was the quality of play…
