This puzzle is from chessbase website dated December 25, 2009 by Rodriguez Manuel. It confuses me, since they said that there is a flaw in the puzzle. Their solution is Nf7+!! or Ng4+!! (which at the end, they said a win for Black?).
Anyway, here's my analysis with Rybka with a DIFFERENT solution, please leave any comment (maybe i made a mistake or not?).
