Why is this diagram even a question? It should be very obvious that you want the queen. My childhood IM friend once lost his queen for 2 pieces and a pawn by accident, and it turned out the resulting position was a crushing positional bind where the two pieces and a pawn were incredibly dominant. He then pretended he meant to offer the trade as a trap and got the game published in a chess magazine lol. But that kind of positional bind is super rare. For the most part, if you don't see tactics, and the difference is a ton of material, then your better off grabbing the material. I think this is especially true until one gets close to expert.
