I know that replaying/studying games is essential, but with so many to consider, where should one start. Who's games would be best to start with? Thanks.

The first replay your own games. You, only you, know everything about your games, so you have the best chances to learn with them. The second, you could replay another games. I think, it doesn't matter, who's game it is. You might explore reasons and discover them - why players have played as they played.

I agree, your games are most compatitable with your own level.
If mistakes turn up, you can easily and most literally learn from them.
You can also learn from any game above your own level with a good analysis
