Game won but what about the attack?

Here's a game I recently played and want some feedback on. Yes, I eventually won it (against a slightly lower rated player) but I want to know if my attack was sound? Was I just lucky or was my method logical and consistent? It seemed that way when I played the game anyway. What could I have done better? At the moment I'm imagining this game as a kind of model for myself when it comes to attacking the castled king. How much was sound and how much was my opponent playing the wrong moves? I'd love to hear the advice of better players than me. Thanks.

At move 3, I have found Nc3 or Bd3 to be more effeective against the caro-Kann opening. Moving f3 opens up a line of attack to your king. Black made a major mistake with Rxg2. should have moved Rg7 forcing your queen off there second rank. A solid game over all. Of course black had made blunders prior to that.

Oh the bishop sac you made is pretty common. Be cautiuos in its use as it can backfire. Try to improve your position a little bit before using it.

There was justification in 11.Bxh6, in that he chouldn't bring queen-side peices across to help his king very easily mostly because of e6. However, he chould have defended better many places, for example 12...Kh8 13e5 Ng8 14Bd3 f5. It's good to practise attacking and sacrifing though.
