i usealy ether tack the d pown and then tray to abuse the Q if it take my pown back, or play a defensiv f6 with the pown..

he's probably trying to get you to into the danish gambit. if you take, he'll offer up his c pawn, and a b pawn. if you accept everything, he'll have developed his bishops while there's literally nothing on your side. this gambit is pretty easy to deal with, google that shit.

I take the pawn and then play Nc6 myself. Y dont u go to the games explorer?

        I reccommend Yasser Seirwan's book on openings. He will give you some great alternatives to the traditional response to e4. You will have new alternatives both as white or black.

I think also taking the pawn would be best.  If he/she would take with the queen then you could still develop while forcing the queen back.
